Milky Rice Cake
Overview
I had some rice noodles left at home and didn’t know what to make, so in order to use up the remaining rice noodles, I searched for a recipe and made appropriate modifications according to my own taste. It tastes great~

Mix powdered sugar, baking powder and rice flour evenly

Add milk and mix well

Let the mixed batter rest for 10 minutes and then pour it into the molds. Place one or two dried cranberries on each top. After the water in the steamer is boiled, place it in the steamer with the mold placed and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the cake body to test the doneness. If no batter sticks to it, it means it has been steamed. If not, increase the steaming time appropriately.
