Overview

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and set aside.

Pour the melted yeast into the flour, then add an appropriate amount of water, and use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent dough.

Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size.

Place the fermented dough on a lightly floured board, knead until completely deflated, divide the dough into 6 equal parts, and roll into balls.

Flatten each piece of dough and roll it into a small dough ball about 1 cm thick.

Add a little oil to the pan and when it is 40% hot, add the pancakes.

Fry over low heat until both sides of the cake are golden brown.
