Stir-fried chestnuts in pressure cooker

I have always liked to eat chestnuts, but buying them from outside is more expensive and not cost-effective. I am also afraid that they put some unsafe food additives

800g of fresh chestnuts, I didn’t take a picture of the chestnuts I bought~

Wash and put into the pressure cooker ~ close the lid and remove the valve

Stir fry over medium heat. Pick up the other side of the pot with your hands and wrap it with a wet towel. Pick up the pressure cooker and shake it back and forth (like a dustpan)

It will be done in about fifteen minutes... In the middle, you can open the lid of the pot and take out one to try. If it is not done, continue frying. The chestnuts I bought today are larger and require a longer frying time
