Break 2 eggs into a bowl.

Add oil to pan, stir-fry egg liquid and set aside.

This sauce is enough.

Add oil to the pot, sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant, add the eggs and stir-fry a few times to make the sauce.

Just let the egg sauce bubble in the pot over high heat for a minute.
