-
Wash the chopped ribs, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and a small amount of starch and marinate.
-
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, rinse with water to remove the powder.
-
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic first.
-
Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until slightly golden brown.
-
Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of soybean paste and stir-fry until the meat is fragrant.
-
Add potato cubes and stir-fry.
-
Then add an appropriate amount of salt and sugar, stir-fry together with light soy sauce.
-
Finally add white water, just enough to cover the surface of the ribs.
-
Cover tightly and bring to a boil. At this point, you can try to see if the saltiness suits your taste. Simmer over medium heat until the ribs and potatoes are cooked and semi-sticky, then turn off the heat.
-
Put the finished product on a plate, chop the green onion and sprinkle it over before serving.
