pattern bread
Overview
I usually feel that eating bread is very simple, and I always want to make some other tricks. I made it today. I sandwiched a layer of purple sweet potato in the middle of the bread and wrapped a banana in the middle. It was made using the Chinese method. Hey, it turned out very sweet and delicious!

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients in the bread machine, start the kneading program for 20 minutes, take it out when finished, pack it in a plastic bag, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 17 hours!
-
I made the medium-sized dough the day before. When I got up the next morning, I cut the medium-sized dough into small pieces and put it into the bread machine. I added the main dough ingredients (except butter) and started the kneading process for 20 minutes!
-
Add butter and start the kneading process again for 20 minutes. Take a small piece to pull out the film and continue the fermentation process for 1:30 minutes!
-
Peel and slice the purple sweet potato, steam it, take it out and press it into a puree. No need to add other sugar, because the banana is very sweet!
-
When warm, place it in plastic wrap, roll it into thin slices, the width is the same as the length of the banana,
-
Use a knife to cut the edges neatly and place the scraps on top
-
Continue to roll out and flatten
-
Put the banana on top,
-
Lift the plastic wrap and wrap it gently from the inside out, don't wrap it loosely!
-
Wrap it up and tidy up the ends!
-
The dough is fermented until it is 2 to 3 times its original size,
-
Take out the exhaust, knead it into a ball, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Put plastic wrap on it, (it’s easier to roll it this way) and roll it out until the width is the same as the length of the banana,
-
Put the purple potato roll on it, press it from the inside out and wrap it tightly, arrange the two ends slightly,
-
Use a slightly sharper knife to cut the roll into lengths consistent with the height of the mold!
-
Put them into the mold one by one (brush the mold with a thin layer of butter to prevent sticking). I cut four and placed the other one in a baking bowl for the second fermentation!
-
Preheat the oven and brush the top of the dough with egg wash, purple sweet potato and banana. No need to brush!
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes! After coloring, you can add tin foil to the surface to avoid coloring too darkly!
-
The texture is delicate, the bread is beautiful and sweet!
-
Great for breakfast or afternoon tea! Beautiful!
