Overview

I usually feel that eating bread is very simple, and I always want to make some other tricks. I made it today. I sandwiched a layer of purple sweet potato in the middle of the bread and wrapped a banana in the middle. It was made using the Chinese method. Hey, it turned out very sweet and delicious!

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bread machine, start the kneading program for 20 minutes, take it out when finished, pack it in a plastic bag, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 17 hours!

  2. I made the medium-sized dough the day before. When I got up the next morning, I cut the medium-sized dough into small pieces and put it into the bread machine. I added the main dough ingredients (except butter) and started the kneading process for 20 minutes!

  15. Use a slightly sharper knife to cut the roll into lengths consistent with the height of the mold!

  17. Preheat the oven and brush the top of the dough with egg wash, purple sweet potato and banana. No need to brush!
