Ingredients: pork suet

Wash and cut into pieces and put into a wok, add some water, a large piece of ginger and a spoonful of cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn down to low heat

After the water dries up, the oil will slowly come out. Use a spatula to keep stirring to avoid sticking to the pan

When the suet slowly turns golden brown during cooking, you can basically turn off the heat

After the oil cools down, filter it through a filter and pour it into a bottle

Once completely cooled and solidified, place it in the refrigerator and use as needed
