Mango Cookies
Overview
I bought some mangoes, which tend to go bad if kept for a long time in the summer, so I made them into cookies and stored them. I can eat as much as I want without any pressure

Mango cut into cubes

Mango puree

Whipped butter

Add egg liquid to butter

Sift flour into the butter and egg mixture, add sugar and mango puree, mix well

Put the mixed dough into a piping bag, use a medium ten-tooth nozzle to pipe out a circle, place it on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, brush the surface with a layer of honey and preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes

Put the cookies brushed with honey into the oven for ten minutes, take them out and brush them with egg wash, put them in and bake for another ten minutes
