Crispy oil-free grilled chicken wings
Overview
My son likes KFC's crispy chicken wings very much. I bought bread crumbs and fried them for him, but I don't have oil-absorbing paper at home, so they always taste greasy. I grilled the chicken wings once last week. I marinated the chicken wings and then baked them in flour. This way, the skin was crispy but the chicken was not oily. It tasted very woody and had a bad texture. This is the third time I have made this. I mixed it up with the previous two methods. I marinated it first, then steamed it for 8 seconds, then rolled it in flour and baked it. I didn’t expect it to be super delicious this time. It tasted tender, crispy and not greasy. Everyone was very satisfied.
