Overview

This cold celery uses the tender inner part of the whole celery. Although it does not have as much crude fiber as the outer part, personally I still prefer the tender texture. The finished dish also adds a little oyster sauce, so it doesn't look as green as others. But it doesn’t affect eating.

  2. Wash the celery and slice it diagonally, mince the garlic

  3. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, add two drops of oil, put in the celery and blanch it for 1 minute

  4. Add the celery leaves and scald them, turn off the heat

  5. Take out and drain

  6. Put the celery on a plate, add chopped garlic, a little salt, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil, mix well
