Cold celery
Overview
This cold celery uses the tender inner part of the whole celery. Although it does not have as much crude fiber as the outer part, personally I still prefer the tender texture. The finished dish also adds a little oyster sauce, so it doesn't look as green as others. But it doesn’t affect eating.

Wash the celery and slice it diagonally, mince the garlic

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, add two drops of oil, put in the celery and blanch it for 1 minute

Add the celery leaves and scald them, turn off the heat

Take out and drain

Put the celery on a plate, add chopped garlic, a little salt, sugar, oyster sauce and sesame oil, mix well
