Lotus Seed, Yam and Tremella Soup
Overview
Food supplements, for women, must replenish both qi and blood. Only replenishing qi will achieve twice the result with half the effort if the blood is insufficient. This soup contains yam to replenish qi, red dates to replenish blood, lotus seeds and white fungus to nourish yin and lungs. Have a bowl in the morning to replenish energy, qi and blood.

Prepare the raw materials and wash the red dates and yam

Soak the lotus seeds in water one day in advance

Soak the white fungus in cold water 2 hours in advance

Wash and tear into small pieces

Put water in the pot, add lotus seeds, red dates and white fungus

Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 40 minutes

Peel and cut the yam into sections and put it in the pot
