Overview
This dish was eaten by a friend at her boyfriend's house. Last time I went to her friend's house, she made it for me. It was very delicious. I asked decisively how to make it and I made it at home. The potatoes were soft and pink, and the eggs were fragrant. It was really delicious. I usually cook a lot, but many people have posted recipes for most of the dishes. There is no recipe for this dish. It is the first time to post it. I am inexperienced and I am busy taking pictures. Haha~ Let's record life~

Cut the potatoes into shreds. It doesn’t have to be too thin. You can control it yourself. You can beat the eggs in a bowl or beat them into the pot yourself~
