Wash the cucumber, cut off both ends and discard, peel, and then cut into strips as thick as your little finger.

Add 1 tsp salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Then pour away the marinated water.
-
Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, vinegar, light soy sauce and sesame oil, then add 1 tablespoon cold boiled water and mix well. Oyster sauce, light soy sauce and chopped pepper are all salty, so no salt is added.
-
Pour the prepared sauce into the cucumber basin.
-
Add some chopped pepper, sprinkle some chopped green onion, mix well and it's ready. When the weather is hot, you can cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for half an hour to an hour before eating it to make it even cooler.
