Wash and drain the tofu, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Cut the front leg meat into small pieces, add soy sauce, cumin powder and corn starch, mix well and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pan, add it over high heat, add the meat pieces, and fry over medium heat until both sides are lightly browned, remove and set aside.

Leave oil in the pot, add tofu evenly sprinkled with a little salt, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Turn over, sprinkle with a little salt and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Pour in the diced meat and drizzle in soy sauce.

Add 2 tablespoons of water, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer until the juice is reduced.
