Shredded pork and celery mixed with vermicelli
Overview
In fact, I don’t know what this dish is called. I heard from my mother that it was passed down from my grandma’s family. Later, my grandma taught it to my mother, and my mother taught it to me. Today I will share it with you. I hope you will like this cold dish that is loved by all ages.

Ingredients
Steps
-
This is all the ingredients, you can also use a handful of vermicelli
-
Boil water in a wok, add vermicelli until dispersed, then add celery, turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
-
Remove the vermicelli and celery from cold water, let cool and drain.
-
Place the vermicelli in the middle of the plate and place the celery on the side.
-
Pour oil into the wok, fry the shredded ginger, then add the shredded pork belly, stir-fry the shredded pork until it is a little dry, then add the Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry the pepper noodles, then add about 4 tablespoons of Vida, vinegar can be added according to personal preference. I put two tablespoons (because there is no mature vinegar at home today, adding white vinegar will not affect the taste), bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and wait for it to cool.
-
Mash the fried peanuts with a garlic mashing tool (the fried peanuts are bought ready-made, because I only use a little, so I am too lazy to fry them myself)
-
Pour the prepared sauce over the vermicelli (it looks like there is no soup but actually it is all under the meat)
-
Finally, put the mashed peanuts on top and mix evenly when eating.
