Scallion egg soup
Overview
A very simple and quick soup that tastes good. Yesterday I had fried dumplings for lunch. I was too lazy to make anything else. There were onions and eggs in the refrigerator. After frying the dumplings, I didn’t even bother to wash the pot. I just made soup and had a comfortable meal.

Set aside chopped green onions. I had a little too much to cut.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid.

Boil appropriate amount of water in the pot. Add oil and salt and bring to a boil. I didn't wash the pan after frying the dumplings, there was too much oil in it.

After the water boils, pour in the egg liquid and stir gently a few times.

Pour in the chopped green onions and turn off the heat.
