Try to choose tender pork, either whole or lean, 3 fat or 7 lean, wash it and cut into thin slices according to the grain of the pork

Chop the garlic and put it into the pork, then add a spoonful of delicious fragrant sauce, a spoonful of oil and stir evenly. Add a spoonful of cornstarch and stir evenly (if it feels too dry, add a little water). Finally, add a little soybean oil and stir evenly. Marinate for 15-20 minutes to taste
