  4. Add a few drops of lemon juice into the egg white bowl

  5. Add the sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat

  6. Mix egg whites and egg yolks evenly

  7. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan

  8. Put the cake batter into the preheated oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes
