Wash the shepherd's purse and soak in water for 20 minutes

Boil water in a pot (add a few drops of cooking oil)

Pour it under cold water and squeeze out the water (be sure to squeeze out the water)

Pour into a container, add three eggs, pepper, one-third teaspoon of salt, season and mix thoroughly and set aside

Brush a non-stick pan with a layer of base oil and pour in the prepared egg liquid

Fry until golden brown. Flip and continue frying until golden brown.
