Fried noodles with soy sauce
Overview
Fried noodles are a traditional snack popular in the streets and alleys across the country. The recipes vary from place to place, but they are all one of the favorite delicacies of the locals. I'm not that interested in noodles, but I can't resist fried noodles. I feel that if you mix it with some side dishes, drizzle some soy sauce or a spoonful of miso, the taste will become so rich and delicious.
