Overview
What I know about glutinous rice cake is that it is a small specialty in rural Hunan. Every year, my grandmother turns millet grains into small round cakes and gives them as a New Year gift to every daughter who returns to her parents’ home. I am so touched! It is also very delicious, but it is a pity that we did not learn the most basic method of making it!
