Steps
-
Prepare half a lemon, garlic and thyme. If fresh thyme is not available, dried thyme can be substituted. However, the flavor of dried thyme is not as strong as that of fresh thyme.
-
Clean 1000 grams of pork ribs and chop into large pieces. I chop a whole rib into 3 sections. After cleaning the ribs, use kitchen towel to dry the water on the ribs. Wipe off the water on the ribs to better absorb the flavor of the seasoning!
-
Add minced garlic, thyme leaves, cracked black pepper and salt to the ribs.
-
Add about 20 grams of red wine.
-
Juice half a lemon into the ribs. Then mix evenly so that every piece of ribs is evenly coated with the seasoning.
-
Place the ribs in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight. I usually marinate the ribs the night before and grill them the next day. This way, the ribs will be particularly flavorful after marinating for a long time. If you are in a hurry, marinate it for at least 2 hours!
-
Place the marinated ribs into a small baking pan, then cover the baking pan with tin foil, and wrap the perimeter of the baking pan with tin foil as tightly as possible. Put it in the oven at 220 degrees and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Then open the tin foil and bake at 190 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. The purpose of baking with tin foil at first is to make the meat of the ribs cooked. Later, opening the tin foil can make the ribs dry and taste better. The power of each oven varies, and the time and temperature are for reference only.
