Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad
Overview
Pasta is really versatile. Not only can it be mixed with various sauces, but it can also be made into a salad. When I made a burger for my brother last time, I had a piece of chicken breast left, so I mixed it with the pasta and ate it together.

Thaw the chicken breast, tear off the fascia on the surface, and pat the meat loosely with the back of a knife.

Add 2g of salt, oyster sauce, barbecue ingredients, dark soy sauce and cooking wine.

Mix well and marinate for at least 3 hours, turning over in between.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cut the grilled chicken into strips, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, cut the cucumber into thin slices, and prepare the Thousand Island dressing.

When cooking the pasta, add the remaining 1g of salt, add a little olive oil to prevent sticking, and cook over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

Pour the cooked pasta into cold water and put it into a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

Add a little Thousand Island dressing.

Just stir it evenly~

Grind a little more black pepper.
