Fruit Cream Cake
Overview
I envy experts who are both good at making cakes and decorating. The birthday cakes are really beautiful. I really want to make a beautiful cake for my family, but my hands are too clumsy and I have a poor understanding of decorating, so I can’t make a beautiful birthday cake. I made an 8-inch chocolate chiffon cake base and tried it out. Although it doesn’t look good, the taste is great.

Have the ingredients ready for later use.

8-inch chiffon cake made in advance.

Cut into 3 pieces.

Wash the dragon fruit and mango, peel them and cut them into small pieces.

Whip whipped cream + powdered sugar with ice.

Spread a layer of whipped cream on the cake slices, spread with diced mango, and then spread a layer of cream.

Place the second layer of cake slices.

Make all three layers in sequence, and spread another layer of cream on the outer layer. (If the inner layer is too much, the cream is not enough, and the sides of the cake cannot be spread.)

Use the remaining cream, squeeze a circle of small flowers along the edge, and put fruit pieces in the middle. Although it is not pretty, the taste is not bad.
