Wash the cucumber, cut it in half, and then slice it. Beat the eggs into a small bowl. Wash and slice the lean meat. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices, a small amount of salt, and starch. Mix well and slurry for a while. Put the fungus into a small bowl and soak it.
