Cold Carrots, Onions and Snow Peas

Cold dishes are always an indispensable part of the dining table. Today we are not frying the snow peas, but eating them cold. The cold snow peas, onions and carrots are all crunchy.

Ingredients: carrots, onions, coriander, snow peas.

Blanch the snow peas in hot water and then again in cold water.

Cut into strips.

Shred the carrots and shred the onions.

Cut the cilantro root into small sections and chop the leaves.

Put shredded carrots, onions, and snow peas into a mixing bowl.

Add salt, MSG, sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar.

Mix well.

Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, heat the oil, add peppercorns, small sections of coriander, and dried chili peppers and fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

Pour the oil over the various shreds, mix well, and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
