The weather is hot in summer and I don’t have much appetite for hot food, so it’s a good time to eat some cold dishes to appetize. With the addition of chili, you can really eat two full bowls of rice!

Steps

  1. Onions and celery are changed into knives. over boiling water. Remove heads, tails and sand lines from fresh shrimps.

  3. Add salt, light soy sauce, MSG, chopped spicy garlic, celery, and onion. Wait for seasoning.
