Make the Polish seeds first, then refrigerate them for fermentation for more than 12 hours.

Put all the ingredients for the main dough except butter into the bread machine, add Polish seeds and knead for 20 minutes.

Add butter and knead for about 30 minutes.

Knead until a film comes out.

Check the film discharge condition.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough, divide it into 2 portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Take a portion of the relaxed dough and roll it into a rectangular shape.

Spread bean paste filling.

Roll it up and place it on a piece of toast, then bake until 9 minutes full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Cover with tin foil depending on the coloring. Remove from the mold immediately after baking.

Slice the cooled toast and pair it with red bean soup in the morning. It’s quite delicious.
