Overview

Potato, what a foreign name, it is the most inconspicuous potato on our daily table. It can be used as both a staple food and a vegetable. In the past, it was also known as potato and potato. But since the launch of Tongue 2, potatoes have become very popular, and there are an overwhelming number of potato recipes (exaggerated). However, I haven’t read all of Tip of the Tongue 2, and I haven’t seen anything about Yangyao Zacha, so I don’t know how it is made. I checked some recipes, some added flour, some didn't, some steamed, some pan-fried, some stir-fried. I'm curious if it can be fried into a pancake without adding flour? I thought that the starch content of potatoes should be okay, so I tried the one without flour. When fried, it turned out to be a pancake, and it didn't break when turned over. However, after taking the photo and trying to use a spatula to shovel it into small pieces, it fell into pieces. But I don't ask for anything, as long as it tastes good.
