Ingredients: Serves 4 people.

Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds.

After washing the okra, remove the stems.

Cut the bell peppers into sections and cut the okra into pieces, set aside.

Wash and peel the crispy yam, cut into pieces and soak in water. Avoid oxidation.

Pour salad oil into the wok, heat it up, add bell peppers and okra first, and stir-fry.
