Homemade honey red beans
Overview
I like to cook honey red beans in a pot and store them in the refrigerator. I take them out from time to time, scoop a spoonful of them into my mouth, and taste the honey-sandy feeling. It can be paired with yogurt or made into bread. It is very useful!

Soak red beans in water.

Add rock sugar and water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat.

Cook until the soup is gone and the beans are rotten.
