Put the kneaded dough in a basin and wait until it doubles in size before cooking

While the dough is fermenting, we can make purple sweet potato filling. Just one purple sweet potato is enough. Steam the purple sweet potato and stir it into a puree

Put a little butter in the pot, pour in the purple sweet potato puree and fry for a while, then pour in a little condensed milk and fry until it doesn't stick to the pan

Fry until it looks like this. Remember to use a non-stick pan to fry

Then come back and make bread. The dough that has doubled in size can be shaped and made into bread

Shape into a round shape and wrap with purple sweet potato filling
