After the corn is cooked and allowed to cool, break it into pieces. Canned corn can also be used, but canned corn is relatively tender and has a poor taste.

Dice carrots and cucumbers and prepare pine nuts.

Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, sesame oil, and appropriate amount of water to the bowl and mix well.

Put oil in the pot. The amount of oil does not need to be too much. Add the pine nuts to the cold oil and stir-fry while heating.

Fry pine nuts until golden and serve.

Fry the carrots in the remaining oil first.

Then add the cucumber cubes and continue to stir-fry. It is not advisable to stir-fry the cucumbers for too long. When the cucumbers are raw, you can pour in the prepared sauce.
