Fruity and colorful snowskin mooncakes
Overview
The annual Mid-Autumn Festival is coming again. The busiest people these days are those of us who like to cook delicious food. Mooncakes are an indispensable part of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Whether you like it or not, there will always be mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival table. This year is no exception, I still make my own mooncakes. I like eating snowskin mooncakes very much. Firstly, snowskin mooncakes are not as oily and sweet as traditional mooncakes. Secondly, snowskin mooncakes are easier to make and of course more fashionable. This year I have some innovations. I used fruits to prepare ice skin. It has a pure natural color and a light fruity flavor. It looks good and tastes good.
