Peach gum and white fungus nourishing soup
Overview
Peach gum is a good ingredient for beauty, and this is my first time using it to make desserts, because as far as I know in our local area, no one seems to use it to make sugar water. The first time I learned about peach gum was from Meitian. I liked it very much, but the local stores didn’t sell it, so I had to buy it online.

Prepare the ingredients. Peach gum and white fungus need to be soaked with water in advance, cut into small pieces, and the red dates should be pitted

Boil white fungus and red dates in water for 40 minutes
