Stir-fried okra with fish-flavored water chestnuts
Overview
Water chestnuts are a fresh and sweet addition with a first-class crispness. Although they are odorless and mixed into the dish, they taste like a light pear when chewed. Cut water chestnuts into small cubes

Mince the onion, ginger and garlic; cut the okra into small pieces and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry minced pork, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add bean paste & tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the rest of the seasonings and half a bowl of water and simmer to release the flavor

Add diced water chestnuts and cook briefly

Add okra, stir-fry, and season with a little salt before serving.
