Chives and Egg Pancakes
Overview
I’ve made pancakes once before. Last time they were crispy, but this time they were softer. More suitable for the elderly and children. Leek and egg pancakes are a traditional delicacy. In Chinese medicine, there is a saying that green onions are in the first month and leeks are in the second month. Leeks can supplement the vitamins needed by the human body, improve immunity, and have the effect of nourishing the spleen, nourishing the liver and protecting the kidneys.

Chop the leeks, take a deep bowl, as shown in the picture, put half of it, I put 7 spoons of flour (milk powder spoon). There are so many people eating today! ☺

Add eggs and seasonings. Just the right amount of water.

Stir clockwise until evenly mixed. There should be no clumps of powder.

Preheat the pancake stall for 2 minutes, then use a ladle to put the flour slurry in. In order to save time, I used two pots together and put four in one pot.
