Fast food original sandwich
Overview
I generally don't like western breakfast, but this is one of my favorites. It can be used as breakfast, as a snack in the evening, or as a temporary hunger-satisfying food while waiting between meals. My favorite workout snack. It is rich in vitamins, carbohydrates, protein, and low in fat. Nutritious and healthy, convenient and fast, the ingredients are simple, nutritious and delicious, and the combination is suitable. There are no extra seasonings, all seasoning depends on the taste of the ingredients. Therefore, the selection and matching of ingredients will directly affect the taste of the food. Unreasonable matching will make the taste and texture weird. Therefore, food without seasonings tests the combination and creativity of ingredients. It is a good choice for ordinary people and sports enthusiasts who want to gain muscle and lose fat. It can bring you the nutrients you need in the morning, is delicious without being overly nutritious, and is light but not greasy. It's a good choice with a cup of tea or milk. The toast is fragrant, sweet and slightly salty, the lettuce is tender, juicy and crisp, the tomatoes are sour, fragrant and tender, the omelette is fragrant and crispy, and the egg yolk has a light salty taste. It goes together just right.
