Stir-fried large intestine with green garlic

My eldest uncle likes to eat large intestines the most. Every time we have a family gathering, we have this fried large intestines with green garlic. With a glass of wine, he is always so satisfied. This quick dish is super simple to make, and the large intestine has the effects of moistening dryness, replenishing deficiency, quenching thirst and stopping bleeding. Garlic sprouts can also effectively prevent influenza, enteritis and other diseases caused by environmental pollution. The large intestine with garlic sprouts and green peppers tastes oily but not greasy, perfect for rice~

Cut the large intestine into small pieces, cut the bell pepper into pieces (my son doesn’t like spicy food, so the sweet pepper tastes better with chili pepper), and cut the garlic sprouts into pieces of about 2 cm.

Chop green onion and ginger into slices.

Heat a clean pan and pour oil. When the oil is hot, add onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the large intestine and bell pepper and stir-fry for a while.

Add one tablespoon of light soy sauce and half a tablespoon of vinegar and stir-fry evenly.
