Tofu mixed with spring onions is a simple and healthy side dish suitable for all ages. But now there are too many complicated versions that either add things or add condiments, and seem to have completely lost their original appearance. Here I would like to share with you what I think is the simplest and original version. I think this is also the most delicious version.
