  5. When the rock sugar melts, add the pork ribs and stir-fry (the rock sugar in the picture still needs to be simmered for a while, and it was too late to cook by myself, so I took the picture in advance)

  6. Stir-fry until the ribs are coloured, add aniseed, onion and ginger and stir-fry for a while

  7. After the flavor is infused, pour hot water to cover the ribs

  8. Bring to a boil over high heat, add salt, a little dark soy sauce, and boil again

  9. Pour everything into the electric casserole and cook for 40 minutes. If you don’t have an electric casserole, you can just use the pot you just bought, but you have to use low heat and watch it not go out. I’m lazy, so an electric casserole is best.
