  1. Prepare diced pork belly;

  3. After stir-frying until the oil is non-stick, add cooking wine and stir-fry for 2 times. Cover the pot and simmer for a while. When you open the lid, you can see that the meat is slightly browned and the aroma is fragrant;

  4. Add water to the pot to cover the meat. After the water boils, add star anise and cinnamon and bring to a boil over high heat;

  5. When half of the water is boiled, add light soy sauce and salt, stir evenly and then adjust the heat to medium;

  6. When the water dries up, you will hear the crackling of the oily body...it will be fine now;
