Prepare washed duck legs

Chop the duck legs into pieces and set aside

Boil half a pot of water

Pour the duck leg pieces into the pot and blanch them, then remove and drain.

Prepare onions, ginger and beer

Heat another pot over high heat, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the duck pieces and stir-fry for a while

Pour in dark soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

Stir fry again until browned

Pour in the beer and bring to a boil. If the water is not enough, add a little water

After boiling, season with salt and five-spice powder.

Turn to low heat and simmer for about half an hour. Turn off the heat and remove from the pot.

After plating, drizzle a little sesame oil and sprinkle with shredded green onions.
