[Oven Slow Roasted] Ribs with melt-in-your-mouth sweet barbecue sauce~
Overview
I went home during the winter vacation and stayed in South Carolina for a month. I finally secretly learned Aunt Darlin’s sweet barbecue sauce pork ribs~ I must admit that this is the best rib I have ever eaten except Pappy~~! ! The secret is to add minced red pepper to the ribs - I never thought that minced red pepper could be used on ribs! The moment you open the tin foil, the unique aroma of chili powder overflows! What surprised me even more was that when I actually tasted the finished product, there was no spicy feeling at all... I hope this rib dish will become your favorite too! =)

Wash off the blood from the pork ribs, peel off the membrane on the bone side, and use a knife and spoon to remove as much of the fat and fat from the ribs as possible.
-
Measure out 1 cup (1cup) of dark brown sugar; 1.5 spoons (1.5tbs) of ground red pepper (if you have paprika, you can add 1tbs of paprika); 1 spoon (1tbs) of garlic powder (Garlic Powder); 1 spoon of black salt (Smoked Salt, which is black, if not available, you can use ordinary salt instead); mix evenly.
-
Place the ribs on the tin foil, (the shiny side is in contact with the food), evenly apply the mixture to the front, back and sides of the ribs, and massage thoroughly until the brown sugar is almost dissolved.

Wrap the ribs tightly in foil, ensuring there are at least two layers of foil on each side, and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for two and a half hours.

Remove the ribs after 2.5 hours and carefully open the foil. Be careful of burns.
