Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 3 hours.

Prepare the koji.

Steamed rice.

Warm the rice to about 30 degrees and then sprinkle in the rice wine.

Add appropriate amount of cold water and mix well.

Place in a bread machine and flatten, leaving a small hole in the middle.

Cover with plastic wrap.

Turn on the rice wine fermentation button and ferment for 48 hours.

Fermented wine.

Invert into bowl.
