Condensed milk puffs
Overview
It has been almost 2 years since I started baking. I have always wanted to try making puffs, but I never dared to start because I was afraid of failure. When I called home before, my sister-in-law often said that my nephew often wanted to eat cakes or breads made by me. Because we were too far away, we couldn't let him try my aunt's cooking. When I went back to my hometown during the Spring Festival last year, because I didn't have oven tools and materials at home, I didn't find a chance to make them for him. I was playing at home after the summer vacation, and it was almost half a month later. I didn’t want to touch the oven because of the hot weather. My kids had exams this week, so I couldn’t go there, so I turned on the air conditioner and cooked pastries at home to let the kids try out my aunt’s cooking.
