  1. Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, soak the red dates in water for a while, and prepare the ingredients.

  2. Stir the spareribs with peanut butter and marinate them evenly.

  3. Heat the pot, add more oil, the oil temperature is 60-70% hot, fry the ribs until crispy, scoop out and drain the oil.
