Add water to the pot, add a little salt after it boils slightly (do not add too much salt, you can add more later)

Then add the hollow flour (cook the hollow flour until it is a little hard when pinched with your hands, that is, it is best to be almost cooked but not yet fully cooked. If you are a novice, you can also cook it until it is fully cooked)

Heat a pan and add butter (you can also use olive oil instead)

After the butter melts, bring to a gentle boil and add ham

Wait until the cream starts to thicken and then add milk (water can also be used instead)

Pour in the hollow noodles and cook over medium heat until it boils, and keep pushing the pan (because my hollow noodles were not fully cooked before, so I have to cook them for a while, so that the milky aroma in the noodles will be stronger)
