Prepare materials

Cut the sweet potatoes into rectangular pieces and peel them

Fry in oil pan

Remove and drain

Insert toothpicks into one end

Pour the sugar into the pot and melt it

Add twice as much water to boil the sugar syrup. Big bubbles will appear at first, then gradually turn into small bubbles. When scooped up with a shovel, the sugar can be drawn when it falls down

Dip the fried sweet potatoes into the syrup, scoop up the syrup with a shovel in your right hand, and pull the thread while the syrup drips. Wrap the sweet potato ball repeatedly, and pull out the toothpick after wrapping
