Open the backs of the shrimps and remove the shrimp lines, clean them, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper to mix well, then put them in the refrigerator to marinate for a while.

Crack the eggs into a basin, add a little salt and water starch and mix well.

Add a little cooking oil to the pot, add the shrimp and fry over low heat until cooked.

Add the fried shrimps to the egg mixture and stir.

Pour cooking oil into the pot again and heat it until it is 70% hot, then pour in the egg liquid and shrimp.
